  • Pat Patriot will return to Foxboro on Sunday as the Pats will reportedly debut their new throwbacks. (From @treyj1234)
  • Eagles C Jason Kelce did a jersey swap with Jaguars head coach Doug Pederson following Sunday’s game — well, not technically a true jersey swap, but Kelce traded his jersey for his former coach’s jacket. Is this the first time we’ve seen an NFL coach take part in a post-game wardrobe swap?
  • Christian Lorenz, the keyboardist and main composer for the German rock band Rammstein, posted a photo to Instagram that shows him wearing a Vikings jersey. (From Kevin Weir)
  • We’ve somehow gotten this far into the season without noting that the 49ers are wearing a “39” memorial decal for Hugh McElhenny.

    Kings, not Clippers.

Klay Thompson has never played a game for an Eastern Conference team and has never been an Eastern Conference All-Star.

Rammstein just played at US Bank Stadium back at the end of August, so Flake must have picked up a Vikings jersey then.

According to its Wikipedia entry, ARCO Arena is now demolished. So I wouldn’t call it abandoned anymore.

Did I read the Notre Dam Shamrock Series piece correctly? As best I can tell, there is no mention of an opponent. Maybe it’s a scrimmage.

Almost interesting, and maybe a little unusual, that of the 17 Livingstone soccer players, all of them wear their hair long. None have hair short enough not to go in a pony tail. Not sure why I noticed that. And maybe it’s not that unusual.
