The Southern Miss Department of Athletics will give fans its first opportunity to see the school’s new football uniforms at the 20th Annual Eagle Fanfare this Saturday at the Lake Terrace Convention Center (1 Convention Center Plaza).
Fans are encouraged to arrive early as the reveal will take place toward the beginning of the program. Following the official unveiling of the new football uniforms, there will be an opportunity for those in attendance to take pictures with the new uniforms. This exciting event is open to fans of all ages and will also feature all members of the Southern Miss football, soccer and volleyball teams who will be in attendance to sign posters and mix and mingle with fans.

Last night, The Cubs and White Sox donned throwbacks in their interleague matchup. More images are available here.
The White Sox were also wearing the number 9 for Minnie Minoso.

Yes, yes it’s on.
If I didn’t know better, I’d guess Southern Miss/Russell Athletic stole those unis from Mizzou/Nike.
Man, I really love those White Sox throwbacks. I would like to see those become the regular home unis. Similar to what they normally wear but minus the silver
I would say the exact same thing for the Cubs, assuming that they have to have a gray-based uniform on the road. Nice and clean, no clutter, no NOB, just the one bear face patch (which would probably be the walking bear if they brought this uniform back now).
Even the gray doesn’t bother me as much if the players all have their pants pulled up so that you can see the blue socks.
